BRAND is a licensed concrete cutting and controlled demolition contractor based in CITY, working across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Al Ain and the northern emirates for main contractors, MEP subcontractors, consultants and facilities teams.

What we actually do
We cut concrete. Core drilling, slab and wall coring, wall sawing, floor sawing, wire sawing, beam alteration, GPR scanning and controlled demolition, on live buildings and on new build alike.
Most of the work sits inside somebody else's programme. A main contractor needs penetrations before a pour, a fit-out team needs an opening formed overnight, a facilities manager needs a slab section out without shutting the building. That means the job is rarely just the cut. It is the permit, the containment, the sequencing and the clean-down around it.
We include scanning on every structural cut rather than quoting it as an extra, because a cut made without knowing what is inside the concrete is a gamble with somebody else's building.
How we work
Four commitments
We quote fixed, not hourly
You get a price for the scope. If we underestimate the concrete, that is our problem, not a variation.
No structural work without a design
No engineer's propping design, no beam cut. This costs us jobs and we are comfortable with that.
We take the waste with us
Cut sections and slurry leave site with us, disposed of at a licensed facility, transfer notes issued.
We say when another method is cheaper
If floor sawing beats coring on your job, we say so, even where coring bills more hours.

Founded in CITY
