Concrete cutting in Abu Dhabi, Dubai & Al Ain
Diamond core drilling, wall and floor sawing, wire sawing and controlled demolition. Every cut is scanned before it is made, so nothing structural gets severed by accident.

Scan first
What is inside the slab decides where the cut goes
Before any blade or bit touches concrete, we run a GPR survey across the cut zone. Rebar, post-tension strands and buried services are marked directly on the surface, and depths are noted on a scan plan you keep.
If the cut has to move to avoid something structural, you find out during the survey — not after the damage is done.

Occupied buildings
Most of our work happens after you have gone home
Hotels, malls and offices cannot close for cutting works. Our crews sheet off, cut, vacuum the slurry and hand the area back before the doors open — night shift after night shift, without a complaint logged.

FAQ
Common questions
Price depends on the method, concrete thickness, reinforcement, access and shift timing. Mobilisation is charged once per visit, and every job is quoted as a fixed price before we start.
Every structural cut is GPR-scanned first, and for structural work the scan is included in the quoted price — not billed as a separate line item.
Yes. Most of our hotel, mall and office work runs at night under permits, with the area isolated, slurry vacuum-extracted and handed back before opening. A night-shift uplift applies.
Wall saws reach about 800 mm and floor saws about 500 mm. Beyond that, wire sawing has no practical depth limit, and core drilling reaches 1200 mm deep at Ø25–600 mm.
A drawing, or even a dimensioned photo of the area, is enough for a fixed quote within four working hours.
